Come to our Dedication Mass and Receive a Plenary Indulgence!
Pope Francis is expected to beatify two of the three Fatima visionaries, Blessed Francisco and Jacinta Marto, on May 13th, the 100th anniversary feast of Our Lady of Fatima and the day we will dedicate our St. John Paul II shrine at the foot of the Our Lady of Fatima Statue in St. Vincent Ferrer Church.
We were delighted to learn that the Holy Father has proclaimed a plenary indulgence for Catholics who participate in prayer before a statue of Our Lady of Fatima solemnly exposed for public veneration in any church on the 13th of the month from May-October. Those attending the St. John Paul II Society dedication mass can receive that indulgence under the usual conditions (go to confession, receive Communion, be interiorly detached from sin, and pray for the intentions of the Holy Father.)
